Take a look at Ysgubor at Llandanwg near Harlech in the Snowdonia National Park, the owner paid £100,000 for the derelict barn BEFORE obtaining planning permission for an unrestricted dwelling and a holiday let.

Would you pay that sort of money for a pile of rubble? Should it have a local occupancy restriction?
